S2 Cartridge (Standard Cartridge)
S2 Standard Cartridge is ideal for general DNA, NGS fragmentation and Library sample analyses. It applies to not only PCR products, but also to RFLP and CRISPR samples. Based on the alignment marker used, the analysis size range can be slightly different but up to 5,000bp. The analysis time is in between 2~3 minutes depending on the method chosen.
S1 Cartridge (High Resolution Cartridge)
S1 High Resolution Cartridge has the advantages of separating two DNA fragments similar in size and providing highly accurate results. The analysis size range can be up to 5,000bp. With multiple methods from low (6kV) to high (10kV on Qsep100 and Qsep400) voltage provided, user can choose in between them based on resolution requirement.
S3 Cartridge (Kilo Base Cartridge)
S3 Kilobase Cartridge is ideal for 5~165kb large-sized DNA analysis. It applies to integrity test of genomic DNA, and quality check of plasmid DNA and long-read NGS library, supporting second and third generation sequencing and most QC procedures. The system also provides DNA Quality Number (DQN) for integrity reference, average sample size and relevant information.
F3 Cartridge (Fast Cartridge)
F3 Fast Cartridge can do a quick screening in 90 seconds on Qsep100 and Qsep400. With high voltage method and automatic result export, the analysis can be finished in a short period of time.
N1 Cartridge (High Sensitivity Cartridge)
N1 High Sensitivity Cartridge is ideal for low concentration DNA analysis. It has a detection limit of 5 pg/μl or 1 pg/μl if sample is dissolved in ddH2O or in special condition. The analysis size range is up to 5,000bp for cell-free DNA and other low concentration fragments analyses. The whole process takes about 3 minutes to finish.
N3 Cartridge (High Sensitivity Kilobase Cartridge)
N3 cartridge is High Sensitivity Kilobase Cartridge. It has a detection limit of 20 pg/μl in low concentration large-sized DNA. Same as S3 Kilobase Cartridge, it can identify 5~165kb large-sized DNA and apply to integrity test of genomic DNA, and quality check of plasmid DNA and long-read NGS library, supporting second and third generation sequencing and most QC procedures.
