The study on genetic diversity and genetic structure of Trachycarpus fortunei（Hook.）H. Wendl resources in Guizhou，revealed its distribution pattern and variation trend，and provided scientific basis for the protection， development and utilization of T. fortunei germplasm resources in Guizhou.
