Japan–Taiwan Partners Gather at BiOptic to Strengthen Qsep Ultra Collaboration

In August, BiOptic was delighted to welcome Otsuka Electronics and its partners from Japan. With the support and coordination of Taiwan Otsuka and Martek, the teams exchanged insights through product presentations, technical discussions, application-site visits, and experience sharing. These activities provided a deeper understanding of Qsep Ultra’s diverse applications and created opportunities to discuss market needs and potential business models in Japan.

An external audit was also conducted during the visit. Through on-site reviews and face-to-face discussions, our guests gained further insight into BiOptic’s product quality, technical capabilities, and management processes. The audit was not only an opportunity to review key procedures, but also an important step toward building shared quality standards and mutual trust.

For BiOptic, the professional feedback from our international partners offered valuable perspectives on product development and quality management, helping our team continue to improve while staying closely aligned with the needs of Japanese customers and the market.
