Congratulations! BiOptic has won“The 25th Rising Star Award”

BiOptic has won“The 25th Rising Star Award”, which is awarded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. We are so honored that BiOptic could stands out from all Bio-industry companies in Taiwan and be the only Bio-company of the 16 winning companies from various industries. The award ceremony was held on the 16th of November, and Dr. Ming-Jhy Hsu, Chief R&D Director, representing BiOptic to receive this award.

After receiving the 28th Taiwan Small and Medium Enterprises Innovation Award last year by Qsep1-Lite. BiOptic continue shows high competitiveness and revenue growth, and again awarded by the Small and Medium Enterprises Office of the Ministry of Economic Affairs this year. This award is focusing on the indicators such as overall operation, international competitiveness, and social responsibility.

BiOptic is the innovation leader of capillary electrophoresis instrument manufacturer in Asia. In recent years, it has successfully expanded overseas markets with its own brand, driving its operation to a new high. In addition, the company spares no effort in ESG like creating a friendly workplace, promoting industry-university cooperation, developing low-carbon manufacturing processes, and participating in various public welfare activities. It is a great honor to receive the " Rising Star Award ", which shows the value of BiOptic and it is also an important milestone.

BiOptic's operating strategy of dual research and development department, including instruments and reagents, with the open platform-Qsep Series Bio-Fragment Analysis system, is committed to creating an innovative solution for the industry, helping scientist, reagent developers, and instrument manufacturers, etc. The platform is able to develop various detection and sequencing related products, and expand more diverse application markets, just like the concept of Android OS in the biomedical field. BiOptic has gradually exerted its influence worldwide, on the high quality product image and the reliable company brand image. So far, it has more than 40 overseas distributors in the world and its products are sold in more than 50 countries with customers including WHO facility in Africa.

From 2017 to 2021, the compound annual growth rate of BiOptic’s revenue reached 43.4%. The revenue in the first 10 months has approached the level of the whole year of last year. As the main customers enter the peak season of stocking up, this year's operation has the opportunity to reach a new high.
