2026 Distributor On-Site Training Program 9/8~9/11

We just wrapped up an exciting four-day On-site Training at BiOptic last week, bringing together our distributor partners from around the world for learning, hands-on experience, and knowledge exchange.

The training covered Qsep Series and iCATCHER, combining product and application knowledge with hands-on instrument and software operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, market insights, and sales experience sharing. The comprehensive training provided our partners a deeper understanding of the products and greater confidence in supporting their local markets.

Beyond the technical training, we were also excited to introduce our partners —some visiting Taiwan and Asia for the first time—to Taiwan's local food, night markets, and culture. With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, we also prepared traditional Taiwanese egg yolk pastries to share with our guests, giving them a small taste of Taiwan's culture and hospitality. 🥮

We believe these four days of learning and exchange brought valuable insights and experiences to everyone. We look forward to seeing our partners bring what they have learned back to their local markets, share the knowledge with their teams, strengthen customer support, and create more opportunities for product applications and business growth.
